The owner of Nordic Mtn. (Rick) has agreed to run the chair lifts for another freeride day. The date will be August 2nd, 2008 from 12:00 to 5:00. the cost is $20 for a lift ticket. All the trails on the hill will be open for riding. We hope to see you there.
Nordic Mountain Ski Hill in Mt. Morris, Wisconsin will be open for biking starting in the spring of 2008. Nordic Mtn was the host of the Wisconsin Off Road Series (WORS) Subaru Cup in 2007. There are 5+ miles of challenging cross country trails ready to be ridden. There are currently 2 downhill run and 2 freeride trails available to ride with access by Hike-a-Bike, with more to be built this year (2008). We will be working closely with the management of Nordic Mtn to expand the variety of trails there.
